AVAREF is developing digital solutions to improve coordination, data sharing, and joint review transparency across member states.
Key features include: 

  • Real-time dashboards for joint review tracking 
  • Reviewer collaboration tools 
  • Regulatory data reporting portals

    Emerging Areas: Vaccine R&D, AMR & Regulatory Preparedness for Manufacturing

    AVAREF is convening Expert Working Groups (EWGs) to lead new areas of regulatory preparedness.
    Priority topics: 

    • Coordinating vaccine research and development 
    • Establishing regulatory mechanisms to address antimicrobial resistance (AMR) 
    • Enhancing oversight for local vaccine production and manufacturing capacity
